Fire Element: Heat Building Yoga Flow, with Hand Balancing & Core Work This Fire Element yoga practice builds your inner fire to support confidence, courage, and inner strength. Ideal if you feel like raising your energy, lacking clarity, or craving motivation and inspired action. Use this practice as a tool for transformation, a way to transmute what is not serving you into something that helps you rise up with renewed passion and power. We work with Agni mudra (tantric pranic version), to activate Manipura Chakra to help stimulate your centre of power, confidence, and will. While also using Breath Of Fire pranayama to build inner fire, awaken energy and create alertness. This is a full length 75-minute studio style class with a slow, intentional build of heat, with asana beginning around the 10-minute mark.
