Day 3 - In this final class, we take things up a level! We’ll move away from support props, refine the pose, and begin to unlock Crow Pose with greater height, strength and stability. I’ll also cover common mistakes and show you how to self-correct, so you can keep progressing with confidence. Props: 1 yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks & 1 bolster (or a short stack of firm/thick books, and 2 firm/thick pillows)
