Day 3 – Today we focus on building strength and stamina so you can hold Crow Pose for longer, with more ease and control. We’ll explore more challenging variations within the creative flow and work with the breath as a powerful support system - tapping into Prana, your inner energy source, also known as your life force energy. Our class intention is the Power of Breath - using focused awareness and deep, steady breathing to stay grounded, energised, and present as you push your limits. We’ll progressively work up to holding Crow Pose for five full breaths, building endurance while maintaining precision and form. Props: 1 yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (or 2 firm cushions, or 2 Pilates balls)
