Day 2 – Today, we shift the focus to entering and exiting Crow Pose with more speed, confidence, and control — helping you build muscle memory and prepare for quicker transitions in dynamic flow classes. We’ll begin with a targeted warm-up and build on the creative flow from Day 1 — so embrace the challenge and trust the process. Within today’s class, you’ll find three dedicated Crow Pose sections to help improve consistency and begin floating in and out of the shape with greater ease. Our intention is Decisiveness and Commitment — even in uncertainty. It’s not about being perfect, but about showing up fully. Feel the fear, go for it… and if you fall, that’s part of the journey.
